Holidays can bring lots of hustle and bustle, and unneeded stress, especially in 2021. You are being guided to block out the outer noise to retreat to an inner sanctuary to calm and hear your inner soul. 

Chances are you may have been pushing hard to make everything feel “like normal” times. You are being called to pause, to heal, and most of all, to care for yourself first.  

Create and surround yourself in a quiet space that feels your own (either a room in your home or outside in nature) and remain silent for a few minutes. Breathe in the spring air and listen to the birds.

This is not a time to make major decisions. Proceed with gentle care and deliberation. Retreat and reflect on YOUR heart’s desires. You will be divinely guided on the next steps of your journey.
